Benjamin Dorman conducts research on Japanese religion and the media at the Nanzan Institute for Religion and Culture in Nagoya and is co-editor of the Japanese Journal of Religious Studies.

Dennis R. Hoover is editor of The Brandywine Review of Faith & International Affairs and executive director of the Council on Faith in International Affairs. He is a former resident fellow of the Greenberg Center.

Tim Jensen is a professor of religious studies at the University of Odense in Denmark.

Susan Palmer teaches in Religious Studies at Dawson College and Concordia University in Montreal Quebec. She is the author of eight books on new religious movements, including Moon Sisters, Krishna Mothers, Millennium, Messiahs and Mayhem (with Tom Robbins), Children in New Religions (with Charlotte Hardman),and Aliens Adored: Rael's UFO Religion.
