Interfaith House

 

The Interfaith House, located at 155 Allen Place, opened in fall, 1999. The house was established to provide a gathering place for members of the Trinity Community of all faiths, or no faith, to engage in open and honest dialogue, encounter one another's religious traditions, and build community.  It consists of two floors. The upper floor provides office space for Hindu, Muslim, Protestant Christian( Intervarsity Christian Fellowship) and Roman Catholic (Newman club) organizations. The ground floor consists of a large kitchen, living room and dining room. It is equipped with a Television, VCR, sound system and recreational materials. The ground floor is available for use for community breakfast, lunches and dinners; Bible study groups, meetings and study groups. Individual students also use the Interfaith House as a quiet place to study and relax.
