EXAMPLE OF STUDENT ID LETTER TO FIRST YEAR STUDENTS Dear _____________, I would like to take this opportunity to congratulate you on your acceptance to Trinity and to welcome you to our community! I have included important information in this e-mail regarding the activation of essential accounts here at Trinity. All students are required to use their Trinity e-mail address for correspondence during their tenure at Trinity. However, students have the option of forwarding their Trinity e-mail to another address if they wish. Much of the communication between faculty, students, staff, departments and programs occurs via Trinity e-mail, especially time-critical information. In order to activate your accounts, you will be prompted to enter your student identification number and your last name as it is spelled in this e-mail. If your name has been spelled incorrectly, please inform the Admissions Office of the error by contacting them at admissions-office@trincoll.edu or (860) 297-2180. In the meantime, you should use the incorrect spelling shown above to activate your Trinity accounts.
