  • A description of the design of the project and the procedures to be used or activities to be engaged in to accomplish the specific objectives.

  • A timeline or tentative sequence of the project development including an anticipated completion date.

The proposals will be reviewed by members of Academic Computing. Criteria used in proposal evaluation will include:

  • The resources required to complete the project.
  • The number of students that benefit (for example, a core course required for majors will be favored)
  • Support from a department or program; a project in which multiple faculty benefit, or a project proposed by a whole department will be favored.
