Your role as an Associate in our Change Management, Communication, & Measurement line of business will be to use your analytical and leadership skills to influence client assignments and internal projects that cover a broad spectrum of issues. Associates are typically involved in:

• Supporting consultants in the development of new business proposals and presentations
• Assisting in the creation of organizational change strategies and implementation plans
• Helping with the development of interview guides and training materials
• Conducting research and analyzing data
• Drafting communication materials
• Gaining experience on a broad range of assignments with a broad range of consultants and clients

The successful candidate will have a bachelor’s degree with an excellent academic record, strong oral and written communication skills, and solid working knowledge of popular word processing (Word, WordPerfect), spreadsheet (Lotus, Excel) and presentation software (PowerPoint). The position requires high energy, outstanding problem-solving skills, strong commitment to client service, and ability to work with different teams on multiple projects simultaneously.
