The Trinity College Audio Visual Department provides service and resources only for Trinity College. Use the form below to request our services via e-mail.. Please read our Departmental Policies, Requesting Service, Event, Student, Faculty Services and Fees pages before using this form. Do not use this form if your request is less than 48 hours before an event. The late fee for any services (excluding classroom support) requested less than 48 hours before an event is $25. In some cases, scheduling may make it impossible to fulfill a late job request.

When your request has been entered into the Audio Visual Department schedule you will receive a job number as confirmation. A request has only been officially entered into the schedule when you receive confirmation from the Audio Visual Department. Contact us with any questions or problems.

Note: Outside organizations without a Trinity Account must contact the Audio Visual Department to arrange a payment plan. Reservations for service will not be booked without a plan for payment of fees.
