The staff of the Calendar and Special Events Office (CSEO) is committed to working with Trinity faculty, staff, students, and external organizations and individuals to plan first-rate events and programs on campus. Assistance can include planning, coordinating, scheduling, and reserving space and campus support services. In addition, the CSEO is responsible for the campus event guidelines and policies. The CSEO is also responsible for a number of campus events and programs. These include Family Weekend, Commencement Weekend, Honors Day, Common Hour, Mather Artspace, and The Stepping Out on the Town Series.

All external organizations or individuals wishing to host a event or program at Trinity College should contact Christine Guilmartin at 860-297-2052 or christine.guilmartin@trincoll.edu to discuss requirements and availability of space, fees and insurance, and to arrange a tour of available facilities.
