Studying the effects of utilizing indium metal as an allylating agent in the formation of the carbon-carbon bond in an aqueous media with special attention focused upon the stereoselectivities   offered within the system.

 

University of Nevada-Reno/Boston College:

Worked toward the synthesis and study of polycyclic, homoconjugated diynes with special effort paid to the rational synthesis of Buckminsterfullerene.

 

Northern State University:

Studied charge transfer complexes in order to better understand the aromatic properties of tetrahydrofuran and its derivatives.
