Student Research at Trinity College

Chemistry is an interdisciplinary subject which deals with composition, properties, and interactions of molecules. To ensure that students at Trinity College get the best education possible, they are strongly encouraged to work with a professor in a research setting as a complimentary part of their undergraduate experience. Trinity College has state of the art facilities which allow the students to further their knowledge in several areas of chemistry outside of the classroom setting. Students are often encouraged to work in a laboratory setting for several semesters to hone their skills in this area and become better prepared for their careers in industry, graduate school, medical school, or wherever their interests lead them after they graduate from Trinity College.
