There are two groups of post-acceptance forms. The first group is generally due within 3 weeks of your acceptance notice, in order to reserve your spot on the program.
In order to reserve your spot on the program, please submit the following:
- $500 Deposit made out to “Trustees of Trinity College.” Please put the name of the student and “Rome Campus” in the Memo line. Checks should be mailed to:

- Confirmation of Acceptance form (online in the post-acceptance section fo your application)
- Code of Conduct Form (also online)
Once you have reserved your place on the program, you will then need to submit the following documents by the date stipulated in your acceptance materials:
- Passport, Mailing and Flight Info Form
- Rooming Questionnaire
- Health Statement
- Extended Stay Visa Waiver
- A photocopy of the photo page of your passport (unless we are getting your visa – check the visa section for more details)
Additionally, visiting students must submit:
- Financial Responsibility Agreement OR the Financial Responsibility Agreement for Financial Aid Students
