Trinity in Cape Town students live in a student apartment building fondly called "The Nest". The Nest is located in the Mowbray neighborhood, about ten minutes from the University of Cape Town and across the street from the bus stop for the University of Western Cape.
All apartments are doubles, with two single bedrooms, a bathroom and a galley kitchen. They come fully furnished, including all bedding, kitchen utensils and supplies. There is a court yard and a common room where students can gather together . The residents are both study abroad students from all over the world, as well as African students and include some student mentors as well. The building also features laundry, wifi and a 24/7 security guard and locked doors and is within walking distance to shops and banks.
There is no meal plan so students in Cape Town are responsible for their own food, with the kitchens provided in the apartments. There are several food stores in the neighborhood that students will be introduced to during orientation.
