Cambodia-in-Context

​Program Dates:  May 20 to June 6, 2013 (tentative)

Travel to Cambodia and study with distinguished scholars and researchers
All arrangements handled by Trinity faculty and staff with years of travel
and research experience in Cambodia.

Program Fee:  $6500

Program Fee includes

  • One Trinity College credit
  • International travel to Cambodia
  • Local travel within Cambodia
  • Housing based on double occupancy

Program includes visits to world heritage monuments, archeological sites and museums as well as performances and lectures by world renowned

scholars and officials.  Course work centers on placing Cambodia in a world context; specifically by comparing its ancient cultural heritage and society to that of the Maya civilization of Mexico and Central America.

Students work with primary source research materials and use the medium of documentary photography to enhance their research
