The Office of Community Relations (OCR) is dedicated to building and maintaining positive and active relationships between Trinity College and the Greater Hartford community. The OCR works closely with city officials and agencies, neighborhood organizations, local business associations and corporations, social service providers, and a host of other local organizations and individuals on a broad range of issues of vital interest to the community and the College.
The mission of OCR is to build upon strong existing College and community partnerships that will support the College’s academic mission while promoting student and faculty/staff civic engagement and community service. Trinity College, through the OCR, will support its mission and enhance its institutional stature by continually engaging in effective and mutually supportive and beneficial partnerships at the local, state, national, and global levels.
