Bulkeley High School:

Interviews with nine alumni of Bulkeley High School (classes of 1965-73), done by students in Prof. Jack Dougherty's seminar "Cities, Suburbs and Schools," Spring 2002

Tapes and transcripts are available for each interview.

Growing Up in the Great Depression:

Interviews with 32 Hartford residents about their experiences during the Depression, conducted by Prof. Steve Valocchi and students from 1991-1994

Tapes are available for each interview; transcripts are available for 23 interviews

Project Concern

Interviews with 26 individuals who participated in the voluntary city-to-suburb school bussing program in the 1960s and 1970s. Interviews conducted by students working with Prof. Jack Dougherty, 2002-2003.
