1) Vanderbilt Health Professions Graduate School Fair

The Health Professions Advisory Office at Vanderbilt University in conjunction with the Vanderbilt Career Center will be hosting Vanderbilt's second annual Health Professions Graduate School Fair (Tuesday, March 11, 2008, 2:00-5:00 PM.  Last year we were pleased to host both allopathic and osteopathic medical schools as well as many different types of graduate programs, including dentistry, nursing, optometry, pharmacy, public health, and several others.  We hope to have an equally diverse group this year.  If you are interested in having your program attend, please REGISTER online at <https:/sitemason.vanderbilt.edu/form/gaqtRC>, or email the Health Professions Advisory Office (hpao@vanderbilt.edu) for more details.

We are also happy to have students from your schools attend. Last year we invited students from 24 schools in the Nashville area. All are welcome.

2) Slice of Logan Open House Event - March 29, 2008

If you are interested in seeing what Logan University has can offer your Pre-Health students, this is a must attend event.  The registration deadline is Friday, March 21, 2008.

Logan University | College of Chiropractic will be holding the Slice of Logan Open House event on Saturday, March 29, 2008.  The main event is student focused and we generally have over 200 students and guests attend the festivities.  During the event we will be holding a concurrent Pre-Health/Pre-Chiropractic Advisor Visitation Day.  This is a great event to learn about the Doctor of Chiropractic and Master of Science in Sports Science and Rehabilitation programs offered at Logan.  The program will include a student and practicing doctor panel, campus tour, “mock” adjusting lab and information sessions on advising Pre-Chiropractic/Sports Rehab students as well as a general information session on the Logan programs.

Open Discussion with a Panel of VCOM Students

There will be an opportunity to meet with VCOM admissions staff at the conclusion of the Open House. Appointments are first-come, first-served.
