Once in there, you can search by “Career Category” (which includes Allied Health, Dentist, Health, Medical, Physician, Researcher, Science, and Veterinarian) or you can enter your own “Job Title” or “Employer” and search by that.   Alumni can also search by “major” as well as city/state, if that is a useful refinement for your search. You will just need to register if they haven’t done so already.
