The mission of the Office of Planning, Administration, & Affirmative Action (OPAAA) is to provide overall leadership, support and coordination for aspects of planning at the College, particularly the ongoing Cornerstone Planning Process.  Because of the critical importance of diversity to achieving the College's long-term goals, the OPAAA also plays a key role in the recruitment and retention of faculty and students, particularly those groups historically underrepresented at Trinity.
