Calendar and Special Events Office
Overview

The staff of the Calendar and Special Events Office (CSEO) is committed to working with Trinity faculty, staff, students, and external organizations and individuals to plan first-rate events and programs on campus.  Assistance can include planning, coordinating, scheduling, and reserving space and campus support services. In addition, the CSEO is responsible for the campus event guidelines and policies.  The CSE0 is also responsible for a number of campus events and programs. These include Family Weekend, Commencement Weekend, Honors Day, Mather Artspace, and The Stepping Out on the Town Series.

The Trinity Community
Members of the Trinity community should discuss with the Office of Calendar and Special Events...

  • When considering possible dates and campus space for an event or program
  • When planning a large internal event, conference, reception, etc.
  • When a Trinity department or student-recognized organization co-sponsors an event with external organization
  • When alcoholic beverages will be served
  • When hiring an outside caterer
  • When a fee will be charged for an event or program
  • When a Trinity department is contacted by an external or individual organization  for campus space

External and Individual Organizations

All external organizations or individuals wishing to host a event or program at Trinity College should contact Christine Guilmartin at 860-297-2052 or christine.guilmartin@trincoll.edu to discuss requirements and availability of space, fees and insurance, and to arrange a tour of available facilities.
