Web Communications

www.trincoll.edu

General Trinity College content available at www.trincoll.edu, such as the College facts, the virtual tour, and the calendar of public events, is maintained by the Communications Office.

Initial site design and content support from the Communications Office is available to official College departments, offices, and programs. However, the continued maintainance of each individual Web presence within the trincoll.edu domain is the responsibility of the authoring department.

The Trinity College community is encouraged to utilize the content management system (CMS) for posting content to the College's public site: www.trincoll.edu. The CMS enables users to quickly and easily maintain their department/office Web content through a template-based system, which also provides the added benefit of a cohesive and consistent Web presence for the College. In addition, the CMS allows a great deal of flexibility in terms of posting privileges and accommodates a wide range of Web publishing experience.

If you are interested in seeking Web assistance from the Communications Office, please read the www.trincoll.edu guidelines, and then click here to contact the Web manager.

Trinity Exchange

If you are a member of the Trinity community, the Trinity Exchange Web site is the place to keep up-to-date, and to get all the important announcements and event information every day. You can log in to Trinity Exchange at any time or place you choose, and receive the very latest news.  In addition, a morning e-mail with the most recent headlines is sent to you daily to inform you of new postings.

Please note that the Communications Office does not post announcements or event information to Trinity Exchange on behalf of individuals, other College departments, offices, or programs. If you are not sure who the designated Trinity Exchange poster is for your area, or if you would like to inquire about posting priviliges, click here to contact the Trinity Exchange development team.

Students wishing to post information to Trinity Exchange are advised to contact the Office of Campus Life.
