What: Bloom, an exhibit of recent flower paintings by Mary Beth Chapdelaine (IDP ’10), will be on display at the Mather Art Space at Trinity College through June 30. The art space is located on the second floor of Mather Hall. This display is open to the public.

Background: Mary Beth Chapdelaine (IDP ’10) is a Studio Arts major at Trinity College. She was honored with the Jacqueline Caples Prize in Sculpture and the Friends of Art Award for Studio Arts in May 2009. Ms. Chapdelaine began pursuing the arts at Trinity two years ago, participating in several student exhibits on campus and donating work to charitable organizations in her community. She recently opened a studio in Torrington, Conn.
