Clemens contains both double and triple units.  Each has its own bathroom and kitchen.  The doubles have one bedroom and a common space, while the triples contain two bedrooms of different size (one is significantly larger than the other) and a common space. The building is located on the south side of the campus with one side facing New Britain Ave. and it has its own parking area.
