Cook has 2-room doubles, 2-bedroom quads with common rooms and a few singles. The community bathrooms are located in the hallway. The building is on the south side of the main quad.

Goodwin-Woodward has singles, 1-room doubles and 2-room doubles. The building was recently renovated and is located on the south side of the main quad, next to Cook and the Cinestudio.

Northam Towers contains singles, 1-room doubles, and 2- room doubles. The building was recently renovated, having a historic feel with its high ceilings and old leaded-glass-style windows. The building is next to Jarvis and forms the west side of the main quad. This building has a relaxing community lounge, complete with a big screen TV and study area.

Jarvis contains a variety of suites with singles and doubles, bathrooms, and study and sitting rooms. The building faces Summit Street on one side and forms the west border of the main quad on the other.
