Work Continues

Site preparation continued on the SINA/Trinity Community Sports Complex as the building at 177 New Britain Avenue came down in a matter of hours on Friday, March 4, 2005.  The removal of this building makes way for the future location of the main entrance to the CSC.

The back of 177 New Britain Avenue is gone.  The rest will be down in a matter of hours.
 

After the demolition, workers sort through the debris so that it can be properly disposed of. 

Most rubble is gone.   Rubble awaits removal.
Only the foundation remains.  Several of the buildings in the background are also slated for removal.
