Hillel Student Co-Presidents
“As co-presidents of Hillel, we feel strongly about maintaining a vibrant, inclusive, active Jewish community at Trinity. We are grateful to have the opportunity to expand our personal and spiritual passions. We come from two different Jewish backgrounds, with varying traditions, which increases our ability to make Hillel a comfortable environment for people of different Jewish upbringings. Every week, we look forward to Shabbat services as a chance to come together as a community and reflect on our weeks. In addition, Hillel has offered us both a chance to travel to foreign countries, including Israel, Argentina, and Uruguay, to broaden our exposure to Jewish communities worldwide, and experience different Jewish cultures. We strive to make Hillel a meaningful contributor to the social, educational, and spiritual environment at Trinity and the greater Hartford community.”
