Religious Observances Among Students

The holidays listed below are those that current Trinity students most broadly observe. Each of these is noted in the Trinity College wall calendar. Accommodation of religious observance may be warranted on some, but not all, of these occasions. Likewise, this list is by no means fully comprehensive, and students might legitimately seek accommodation for religious observances not listed here (for example, holy days of obligation in the Catholic tradition require attention to the sacramental life). Faculty and staff are welcome to contact the Chaplain’s office for consultation on matters of religious observance among the student body. A more comprehensive calendar of religious holidays can be found at www.interfaithcalendar.org.
