A three-day leadership conference for First-Year women

Get to know your future classmates through sessions on team building, strengths assessment, and leadership exercises.

Build your confidence as you begin your academic career and network with alumnae, faculty and students.

Make new friends and widen your horizons.  It could change your life.

What can you expect to get from Venture Trinity?

The opportunity to meet other young women who, like yourself, have a strong motivation to make a difference in the world. Exercises that challenge you to identify your personal strengths. Workshops that surprise you! Sessions that introduce you to older students, alumnae, faculty, senior administrators, and trustees who have been leaders in their own ways. Information about leadership opportunities on and off campus. Connections to older students who can act as informal mentors and role models as throughout your Trinity experience. The chance to get to know other incoming students before classes start.

Dates: Thursday August 24 – Saturday August 26, 2017

  • Arrival, registration, and move in to dorms: Thursday 8:00 am – 4:00 pm
  • Reception (families welcome): Thursday 4:30pm – 5:30pm
  • Venture program: Thursday dinner (participants only) – Saturday early afternoon

Participants who choose to remain on campus following the conclusion of Venture and before the start of First-Year Orientation must also sign up for one of the pre-orientation programs that will take place in the interim.
