Coming-Out Network
Welcome to the Coming-Out Network

Safe Zone logoEROS (Encouraging Respect of Sexualities), Trinity College's gay/straight alliance, and the Women's Center has launched a new service for Trinity's LGBTQI (Lesbian, Gay, Bisexual, Transgender, Questioning, and Intersex) students called the Coming-Out Network. Composed of nine undergraduates, the students are trained to provide guidance and support to LGBTQI students at Trinity who are going through the coming-out process, provide referrals, and talk about resources that are available on- and off-campus. These students have also gone through the Safe Zone training offered by the Women & Gender Resource Action Center (WGRAC) - the Safe Zone program provides safe spaces on campus for Trinity's LGBTQI students to find someone to talk to, information, referrals, and resources. For more information please contact Laura Lockwood at x2408, or email: Laura.Lockwood@trincoll.edu
