Trinity College requires all enrolled students to have on a college mealplan. The exceptions are those housed in cooking units and Seniors. If you feel you would like to be considered for a meal plan change based on medical diagnosis please complete the form below and submit it to the Director of Health Services for review.
Procedure:
A student seeking a recommendation from the Health Center for a special meal plan for medical reasons must bring or have sent a report from his/her own primary care physician documenting the medical history and treatment. A simple request from a physician is insufficient to provide special accommodations. The Health Center may request additional consultation prior to making any recommendation.
