Mental Health Screening

Depression, anxiety, and other similar feelings are common among college students.  If you feel as if you are suffering from these, there are several options:

If you'd like access to a confidential on-line self-screening program sponsored by the National Mental Health Association, please click here.  This program provides a quick and simple way to screen yourself for depression with complete anonymity and confidentiality.

If you'd like to speak one-on-one with someone, please contact the staff of the Counseling Center at x2415.  Their trained professionals can help you.
