The primary mission of P.R.I.D.E. (Promoting Respect for Inclusive Diversity in Education) is to provide support for first-year students from traditionally underrepresented backgrounds at Trinity and to promote multicultural awareness and receptivity among members of the student body as a whole.  

Interested in becoming a leader on campus, specifically for first-year students trying to establish themselves in a new setting?  Then either pick up an application on the 2nd floor of Hamlin Hall or download the online version and bring it to the office of Multicultural Affairs.  We are looking for rising sophomores, juniors and seniors who enjoy imparting knowledge on younger inquiring minds and also programming to make the learning process fun for the first-years.

 For current P.R.I.D.E. Leaders and past leaders who would like to re-apply for positions make sure to fill out the Re-Application.  Once all requirements of the application process have been met return your information to the Office of Multicultural Affairs.

Please PRINT legibly in black or blue ink.

Request that your recommenders return their completed recommendations to YOU in a sealed envelope with their signature across the seal.

Either official or unofficial transcripts are acceptable.  If you are obtaining an official transcript please give the registrar’s office approximately 3 to 5 business days to process.  If you are obtaining an unofficial transcript you can do that via TCOnline.

Please submit the application and all supporting materials at the same time.  Do not instruct recommenders or the registrar’s office to send documents directly to the Office of Multicultural Affairs.

Please fill in a time slot that would work for you for a group interview.  Once your application is complete you will be contacted via e-mail regarding which interview time has been scheduled for you.
