How Can the Dean of Students Office Help You?
Dean of Students Fred Alford, Associate Dean Ann Reuman, and Associate Dean Christopher Card advise students on academic matters, provide general counseling about personal matters not requiring the services of a clinician, assist students with their transitions to college, and handle student discipline.
The Dean of Students Office also coordinates academic accommodations for students with disabilities, facilitates sexual assault counseling, works closely with students on academic probation, advises the Inter-Greek Council, supports programs that promote wellness, safety, and diversity, assists student leadership training, and coordinates several academic support programs, including tutoring and Academic Excellence Workshops (for students who wish to develop more effective learning strategies).
