Career Services
Trinity Recruiting

What is Trinity Recruiting? Trinity Recruiting is the Career Services online recruiting system. It allows employers and students to interact 24 hours a day in a faster, more efficient manner than ever before.

Please note: The URL for Trinity Recruiting has changed to www.erecruitingnetwork.com

OBTAINING ACCESS
If you are interested in gaining access to the system or in recruiting at Trinity College, please contact career-services@trincoll.edu or 860.297.2080 for more information. We look forward to beginning a recruiting relationship with you soon.

EMPLOYER PROFILES
Employers enter pertinent information about their company including industry type, web address and brief history. Students can then research potential employers for summer, entry-level jobs and academic internships. They will be able to search for employers or job positions based on many different criteria, including industry type, geographic location, job title and application deadline date.

REGISTRATION
Students enter their personal and career preference information into an online database. Once the student has posted their resume to the system, employers can then search for students based on a specified profile.

CALENDAR
Every important recruiting and job search related event is included in Trinity Recruiting always-updated online calendar.

RESUME AND COVER LETTER REVIEW
Employers can view student resumes online as a part of an application or by utilizing Trinity Recruiting Resume Book feature, which is available in the Fall 2000 when students return.

INTERVIEW APPLICATIONS AND SCHEDULING
After selecting an employer to apply to, students can electronically submit resumes and cover letters to employers who are either recruiting on-campus or just requesting resumes. Employers make interview selection decisions online after viewing the documents, and students can see these decisions instantly. If an employer grants an interview to a student, that student can select his/her interview time slot online.
