Live + Learn

Learning may start in the classroom, but it certainly does not end there.

Every day brings some new opportunity to learn at Trinity and one of the best parts about attending a liberal arts and sciences college is joining a vibrant intellectual community. Students can attend free lectures, debates, films, and discussions all year long through regularly scheduled programs like these:
  • Common Hour Program
  • A.K. Smith Visiting Scholar Series
  • A.K. Smith Reading Series
  • Davis Endowment Lecture Series
  • Departmental Lectures
  • Human Rights Film Series
  • Center for Urban and Global Studies lectures and conferences

Your time at Trinity will teach you to become a lifelong learner, always curious about and eager to explore the world around you.  While on campus in Hartford, you can participate in one of over 200 internships to experience firsthand how your academic studies translate into a professional area of interest.

If you need some help along the way, there is a network of support to assist. The Dean of Students Office is a good place to start if you are not sure where to go.  The deans will help you connect with the appropriate resources on campus to achieve academic success, including:
