Administrative Data Systems
Primary Support for the college’s Administrative Departments is provided by the Administrative Systems segment within the Information Technology organization. PeopleSoft enterprise software is the backbone application system used throughout the college’s Administrative Departments. There are two teams of Applications Specialists with the following support responsibilities.
The Student Systems Team supports the spectrum of student-based offices including Admissions, the Registrar’s Office, Graduate Studies, IDP, Residential Life, Student Accounts, International Programs, Athletics, Dean of Students, and administrative staff in the Academic departments.

The Financial Systems Team supports the remaining administrative departments, including Human Resources, Payroll, Budgeting, Business Office, Buildings and Grounds and Advancement.
The Applications Specialists work with Administrative Department staff to resolve questions or fix problems with administrative systems software and to identify and implement improvements to existing administrative systems and processes. Their role involves:
- Developing/implementing business and technical solutions.
- Working with other IT technical resources to assist with technical solutions.
- Interacting with interdepartmental organizations to prioritize requests and facilitate solutions.
