Trinity has an extensive telephone voicemail system on campus and also provides Trinity College Television (TCTV) with access to both in every dormitory room, lounge, and in many classrooms and public areas on campus.
Students:
To report problems with your phone service: Please contact the Help Desk at x2007.
Toll-calling from your Dorm Extension: Phone cards are available for purchase from the College Book Store in Mather.
To report problems with your Cable TV: Please call the Comcast cable company at 1-888-COMCAST (1-888-266-2278). This includes physical damage to your cable TV wall jack.
Your Comcast account is listed as 300 Summit St, room # followed by dorm name (i.e. 300 SUMMIT ST 115 JARVIS, 06106). Additionally, you must provide your home address to the Comcast agent.
