Getting Help

Questions or problems concerning "core" desktop service - services that are used in all areas of the campus, administrative as well as academic - should be directed to the Help Desk, x2100 (see the Overview section for hours). This includes repair and maintenance of desktop computers and departmental printers, and help with Microsoft Office and email.

Academic Computing

The Academic Computing department provides support for computing and advanced technologies that relate directly to the academic mission of the College. Two Instructional Technologists, David Tatem (x2124) and Scott Vanek (x2109) help the faculty to locate, evaluate, develop, and implement technology as a tool for enhancing teaching, learning, and research.
