Trinity Football Shuts Out Williams

Henry Foye threw for 145 yards and a touchdown with no interceptions

Williamstown, Mass., September 27, 2014 -

The visiting Trinity College Bantams handed the Williams College Ephs a 38-0 loss, tying for the most-lopsided Bantam win in the 73-game history of the series, in New England Small College Athletic Conference (NESCAC) football action this afternoon.  Trinity, ranked No. 5 in New England, improves to 2-0 with their fourth straight win against the Ephs and becomes the first team to win at Williams' Farley-Lamb Field.  The Ephs, ranked No. 10 in New England, drop to 11.  Trinity had last beaten Williams, 38-0, in 1954 and also did so in 1915.
