Trinity Campus to Host Sneak Previews and Discussions of The Hunting Ground March 4 and 8

Producer Amy Ziering Will Participate on Sunday

Hartford, CT, March 4, 2015 – Trinity is among a handful of colleges and universities across the United States to have the opportunity to offer a sneak preview of The Hunting Ground, a documentary film exploring sexual crime on college campuses, institutional cover-ups, and the toll taken on victims and survivors and their families. Cinestudio is the venue for two screenings of the 90-minute film, which recently debuted at the Sundance Film Festival to rave reviews. Trinity’s screenings will take place Wednesday, March 4, 7:30-9:00 p.m., and Sunday, March 8, 4-5:30 p.m.

Students with IDs are admitted free of charge. The ticket price is $9.00 for general admission and $7.00 for seniors and friends of Cinestudio. Advance ticket sales are available online here.

Each showing will be followed by a student-led discussion, and on Sunday, Amy Ziering, producer of the film, will participate in that post-screening discussion.
