1.) Open the Outlook program and from the Tools menu, select Accounts.
2.) The Accounts window will open. Click on the icon next to the Exchange Account option to select it.
3.) The Enter Your Exchange Account Information window will open:
- In the Email address field, enter your Trinity email address, which is firstname.lastname@example.org (for alumni it is email@example.com)
- In the User name field, enter cmpcntr\ followed by your username
- Enter your password
- The "Configure automatically" box should be checked
- Select Add Account
4.) Your account has been created. You should see the following window:
5.) Close this window by selecting the red 'x' in the top left corner to view your email messages in your Inbox.
