All college students, faculty, staff and affiliates are responsible for maintaining their Trinity ID card. Lost or stolen ID cards are replaced at the Help Desk for $40 if paid with Bantam Bucks, which can be added online on the TCommerce site
or $50 for a departmental funds transfer.
Report your lost card to the Help Desk as soon as possible. Because your card grants access to buildings and rooms and has financial value, it is important to suspend your card when it is lost. You may immediately suspend purchases with your card by logging onto the TCommerce site and clicking on the Deactivate Card link.

After Card Service Hours - Loaner ID Card
If card services is closed, the Help Desk can provide a loaner card. Loaner cards must be returned within 4 business days. Failure to return a loaner card within 4 business days will result in a $100 fine.
If the Help Desk is closed, Campus Safety can provide room entry.
