The Library maintains several free scanners designed for easy use with Library materials. They are located on the counter in the central Research/Reference area on Level A. Files can be saved in PDF, Word, TIFF, JPEG, or HTML, and saved to a USB drive or an email, Drop Box, or Google Drive account. Files can also be printed directly to the Public access printer on Level A. Normal printing cost will apply.
More versatile scanners and assistance with projects can be found in other areas of the Library. Image Collections and Services staff are located down the hall past Watkinson Library on Level A (Room A78) and offer help to students with scanning, Photoshop and PowerPoint for papers and presentations. Scanners are also located on Level 1 outside the Blume Language Center and in the Microform area on Level A.
Any problems with the scanners on the Reference counter or Microforms should be reported to the Circulation Desk on Level A.
