2008-2009 ANNUAL REPORT OF DONORS

Giving Societies at Trinity College

Giving societies at Trinity College recognize the benefactors who have made the College and its programs a high philanthropic priority. Those individuals and organizations whose lifetime cumulative giving has had significant impact on the life of the College are included on the Wall of Honor. The Long Walk Societies celebrate those alumni, parents, and friends who contribute to the College at leadership levels on an annual basis. Donors who have made commitments to the future of the College through their estate plans are named members of the Elms Society.

Members of the Long Walk Societies, Elms Society, and Wall of Honor joined the Trustees, Board of Fellows, National Alumni Association Executive Board, and other philanthropic leaders for a gathering ’Neath the Elms in October 2008 to celebrate the re-dedication of the Long Walk during the Cornerstone Summit, a two-day gathering of Trinity volunteer leaders.
