director Charter Oak Cultural Center. Jasmin will be designing and directing Putting
Down Roots in Hartford, a leadership program for high school students, which
includes planting an organic community garden.
Isis Irizarry '10 (right) with her field supervisor Becky Parkin, senior planner,
City of Hartford Planning Division. Isis will be an intern with the Planning Division,
assisting with the implementation of the City’s Historic Preservation Ordinance,
an urban revitalization initiative seeking to rehabilitate Hartford’s boarded buildings.
