We invite you back to campus for a weekend jam-packed with activities for you and your family. Catch up with old friends, learn something new, and relive your time at Trinity (minus the exams of course!) This is a time to rekindle old memories and create new ones, to celebrate your Reunion Class Gift and the accomplishments of your fellow alumni - and to enjoy all that is Trinity. See you in June!
Reunion Headquarters
The first stop you make on campus should be Reunion Headquarters, located in the Admissions and Career Services Center. Your Reunion registration packet will be waiting for you, including the final schedule of events, clambake meal tickets, and your name badge. If you pre-register for on-campus housing, you will receive your room assignment. Refreshments, a message board, and a “Look Who’s Coming” list with cell phone numbers will also be available.

Cancellation and Refund Policy
You may cancel your reservation for any reason by phone or in writing by May 21 and receive a full refund. After May 21, refunds will be issued only in case of an emergency due to commitments the College makes to caterers, vendors, and others. Refund checks will be sent after Reunion bookkeeping is completed in early July.
Campus Parking
Guests are encouraged to park their vehicles in any of the established College parking lots where they will be patrolled by Campus Safety personnel. Please lock your car and do not leave valuables where they can be seen. Parking lots are marked with a "P" on the campus map. To download a campus map,

Ferris Athletic Center HoursFriday and Saturday: 9:00 a.m.-6:00 p.m.
Challenge someone to a game of squash, or use the weight and cardiovascular machines in the fitness center.
Please bring your own towel and sports gear. Photo ID required. Please note: Children ages 16 and under are
not permitted in the Athletic Center unless accompanied at all times by a parent or another adult.
The swimming pool will be closed for maintenance during Reunion weekend.

Meals
Meals for children under the age of 10 can be purchased for $10 per meal [except for the Half-Century Club Luncheon (Friday) and Class Dinners (Saturday)]. Vegetarian options are available at every meal. Other than the clambake, no tickets will be issued for meals. At each meal you will only have to give your name to the student worker.

Shuttle Service Around Campus via Golf Cart or CarThe Campus Safety and Reunion staff will make every effort to accommodate those Reunion participants who may have difficulty getting around on campus. Reunion student workers will be visible around campus throughout the weekend in golf carts. Campus Safety shuttles are not available for errands.
Inclement Weather
In the event of heavy rain or other inclement weather, banners will be posted around campus indicating
"Rain Plan In Effect". Please check in with staff at Reunion Headquarters for rain locations of all outdoor events.
