1.    Manage the organization, sign-out, and return of all  recreation and outdoor equipment
2.  Check in, clean, and put away returned equipment
3.   Repair equipment
4.   Perform additional duties as assigned

4.   Able to work independently or in a small team on long and short term projects
5.    Able to take initiative on projects

7.    Able to hold peers accountable for the use and misuse of program equipment
8.   Previous experience with sports equipment and/or outdoor equipment preferred
