INTERNATIONAL STUDENTS: TESTING REQUIREMENTS

All international student applicants must submit at least one or more of the following standardized tests:

  • SAT I
  • TOEFL
  • ACT, or
  • any two SAT II subject tests (attested photocopies are acceptable, although we reserve the right to request official scores at a later date).

Trinity strongly recommends that those applicants who are not schooled in English submit both the SAT and the TOEFL, but that is optional. We will review these scores very carefully to ensure English proficiency. All testing must be completed by January of the year of entrance.

What I found most attractive about Trinity was freedom. Growing up in Malawi, I was educated under the British system, where there is little freedom to choose beyond your program of study. My real passion is words, and I love literature, but I also wanted to include legal studies to help me with a job if I decide to go back home.
