INTERNATIONAL STUDENTS: APPLICATION PROCEDURES

International students applying to Trinity College should follow the general application instructions and fulfill the same requirements as outlined in Criteria and Requirements and Applications and Deadlines. 

There are a few modifications to those parameters, outlined below. Please feel free to contact us to receive additional information.

APPLICATION AND FEE 

  • The application will not be mailed to addresses outside the U.S. 
  • Please see your college counselor for a Common Application or apply online at www.commonapp.org.  
  • All students who are applying for admission must also submit the Trinity College Supplement to the Common Application. 
  • The $60 application fee is automatically waived for non-U.S. citizens due to the difficulty of currency transfer.

Engineering is what I’ve always wanted to do. I chose Trinity because it was the right mix of academics: a specialized engineering program coupled with the flexibility of a liberal arts program. At home, I would never have had the opportunity to explore philosophy or economics while focusing on my major. Science can be highly specialized, and the liberal arts help me see the greater picture. They remind me why I set out to be an engineer, which is to better people’s lives.
