Study Away Students: How to Apply

You must be accepted to the Study Away program prior to completing required documents.

Deadlines: If studying away for the fall semester, return documents by May 15th; if studying away for the spring semester, return documents by December 1st.

  • All students participating in a study away program are required to complete and submit the Power of Attorney/Transfer of Aid form.
    This form will allow your appointee to sign documents related to your financial aid package in your absence. Your signature must be witnessed by another person and the form must be acknowledged by a Notary Public, Justice of the Peace or Commissioner of the Superior Court. 
    Note: There are 2 Notary Publics on campus in the Business Office.

  • All students participating in a non-Trinity Program or a Trinity Exchange Program must complete and submit the Student Study Away Agreement.

  • All students participating in a non-Trinity Program or a Trinity Exchange Program must submit a copy of their student bill from the host institution.
