PLANNING TO STUDY AWAY IN SPRING 2008?

• You must have College permission to study away.  Contact the OIP if you have questions. 
• Have you applied for your approved program(s)? If not, apply now! Some programs have early deadlines and others fill up early.
• Have you made a change to your approved study away program? Come to the OIP at 66 Vernon Street to complete a change of program form.
• Be sure that you have a valid passport – if you do not, apply for one NOW – go to www.travel.state.gov for details. You should apply for expedited service due to the delays in processing.
• Already accepted to your program? Be sure to submit a copy of your acceptance letter to the OIP and to complete an Application for Transfer Credit before the end of the semester (see the Guidelines for Study Away for details.)

INTERESTED IN STUDYING AWAY IN FALL 2008, SPRING 2009, OR FOR THE ACADEMIC YEAR 2008-2009?

Study Away Information Sessions will be held throughout fall 2007! If you are planning on studying away from Trinity at any time in the next 18 months, you are required to attend one of these sessions or meet with an Office of International Programs staff member. Appointments for the 2008-2009 applicants will be offered starting in October 2007. Contact the OIP to set up your appointment now at x2005, oip@trincoll.edu

Please be aware that your Trinity application for study away approval - the "Request for Approval to Study Away" is due December 7, 2007 for semester or academic year study away in 08-09. Applications and the Guidelines for Study Away handbook are available in the OIP at 66 Vernon Street.
