Albert Einstein - Myth and Magic

L. Gould
University of Hartford

A. Einstein

Some of the myths about Einstein are contrasted with his actual life. And some of his amazing discoveries, including those in that "marvelous year" of 1905, are shown to have launched scientific and technological revolutions.

Dr. Gould is Professor of Physics at the University of Hartford. He has lectured widely, studied Einstein's Theory of General Relativity, taught courses in Einstein's Theory of Special Relativity, and has been a Yale Visiting Fellow in the History of Science.

Fri. February 3rd, McCook Auditorium, 3:00 pm, Refreshments 2:45 pm
